How long does a Health Check take?

Most health checks are completed in 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the environment. We define scope, access, and expectations up front to ensure speed without surprises.

Will this disrupt our production systems or users?

No. Our health checks are low-impact and non-intrusive. We use agentless tools, read-only access, and off-hours log collection wherever possible to ensure business continuity.

Do we need to give you admin access?

Only limited, scoped access is required—typically read-only visibility into relevant infrastructure, telemetry, and identity systems. All access levels are reviewed and approved before engagement begins.

What do we get at the end?

You’ll receive a full findings report covering performance, configuration, access, and experience scoring—plus a clear remediation roadmap, executive summary, and technical recommendations.

Is this only for Anunta customers?

No. Many organizations come to us specifically for a Health Check—whether they’re trying to diagnose issues, validate performance, or evaluate readiness for a platform change.

Do you offer remediation after the diagnostic is complete?

Yes. We can engage for remediation, transition into Day 0 architecture planning, or hand off the findings to your internal team. Many organizations use the Health Check as the natural starting point for a broader workspace transformation — but the diagnostic is a standalone service. No commitment required.
